WIP report: 24 April 2021

I've written over 2000 words for the Buddha Cafe fanfic, which isn't much -- around half a chapter or so -- but it seems like a lot considering how I have to squeeze the words out a few hundred at a time. Sometimes I wish I were a prolific writer who oozes words out of their pores; unfortunately I'm not. I'm hoping that gradually exercising my writing muscle will lead to higher word counts and more efficient writing periods, though maybe I ought to keep my expectations low.

Btw I'm bad at writing romantic rivals; I guess I just don't care much for them, even when I wind up including one as a plot device. I tend to prefer OT3s instead if the people involved are able to make it work.
